"We recently completed painting our four-building One Macquarie complex; including grounds and underground facilities. The work was undertaken by Darren Slater Painter and Decorator Pty Ltd. The project was complex and challenging - four buildings; dozens of balconies; complex interfaces - and, of course a demanding customer.
We were delighted by the overall performance on this contract.
White the quality of work was exceptionally and universally high, you expect that. We also want to provide testimony to the following:

- Notwithstanding two weeks of solid rain, the project was finished in 13 weeks and this was 5 weeks ahead of schedule;
- There were no accidents or injuries on the job; the safety standards and focus was exemplary;
- Leadership was in place every day. Site supervisor Luke Barrett ran the job full time; and Darren Slater visited several times a week;
- Contingency planning was in place so that, when it rained, work continued without disruption indoors;

- The team respected our homes at all times;
